Tips about WELOCK keypad smart lock:
1.When you received WELOCK smart lock, please modify the default password “123456” to your own admin password first.
Step:Press any button to wake up the lock first, click “🔒” + 123456 + “🔒” + set your own admin password + “🔒” + confirm your admin password again + “🔒”.
(Please noted: Need to use the admin password to enter the setup menu, so please keep it in your mind.)
2. Before receiving the correct unlock command, the handle of smart lock is able to rotate 360 which is normal.
1.How to change code on keypad door lock?
1.1 Modify admin password
Click“🔒”-“🔒”-admin password-“🔒”-“🔒”-“🔒”- new admin password -“🔒”-new admin password-“🔒”
1.2 Add user password
Click“🔒”-“🔒”-admin password-“🔒”-“🔒”- 2 -“🔒”- user password - “🔒”- user password again - “🔒”, then the password ID will be displayed on the screen.
1.3 Delete user password
Click“🔒”-“🔒”- admin password -“🔒”-“🔒”- 3 -“🔒”-ID(eg.01)-“🔒”
1.4 Clear all user passwords
Click“🔒”-“🔒”- admin password -“🔒”-“🔒”- 4 -“🔒”- 1/2 -“🔒”
2.How to add and delete card?
2.1 By APP:
Our smart lock supports adding a smart card through the App, and setting the validity period for the smart card.
Please enter the app first, click ""Add card"", and then set the start and end time.
Please note: If the smart lock is not connected to our gateway, adding a card through the App is only supported within the effective range of Bluetooth
2.2 By Lock:
2.2.1 Add card
Click“🔒”-“🔒”-admin password-“🔒”- 2 -“🔒”-“🔒”- swipe card ,the screen will display the card ID when you add the card successully.
2.2.2 Delete card
Click“🔒”-“🔒”-admin password-“🔒”- 2 -“🔒”- 2 -“🔒”- swipe card/enter card ID
2.2.3 Clear all cards
Click“🔒”-“🔒”-admin password-“🔒”- 2 -“🔒”- 3 -“🔒”- 1/2
RFID cards can be added continuously. The maximum capacity is 20pcs. Supports 13.56MHZ cards.
